What are some of the best things about your team?We are smart, educated and going above and beyond for our patients despite the poor situations the administration puts us in.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Staff is spread too thin and patients feel this and don't get the care that they deserve.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Need to remove the current administration, they have lost our trust, our allegiance and our buy in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Administration has no perception of what they are doing to the staff and how their poor decisions cost more money than it would be to run it properly.
