What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our current leadership team listens to our concerns and tries to make our department work for everyone.
The managers i have in my unit are very supportive and caring. Which is probably the only good thing about peacehealth.
They encourage education and career advancement.
They demonstrate open and honest communication.
Midlevel management puppets and forced to meet impossible standards- no humananity.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Honesty. Being a united front when things get tough.
They are in the bottom 5% compared to other organizations of the same size. Either perform better or remove yourself. They are only there for a paycheck, and bonuses. They do not care about our community or the people in it.
"Trancparency" is a word they like to use but they do not. In other words, they dont practice what they preach.

They could start by being more concerned with employees than their own pocket books. All departments are short staffed and nothing is done to prevent high turnover. They preach patient care, but spend more on the C suite salaries than people that actually work and care for patients, support staff.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
benefits are more than just insurance
The PTO program is excellent.
The best part is that I have compensation package. It could be better, but at least I have one.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Administration has no perception of what they are doing to the staff and how their poor decisions cost more money than it would be to run it properly.
FMLA process is awful. Do not pay short term disability. The only thing they do is place barriers

The benefits here are not that great and for a family, it's rather expensive. I would love to have sick days, personal business days, and/or not have to use my PTO for holidays.
2023 ceo got an 574,000 raise. Staff is fight for more than a 3%
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are smart, educated and going above and beyond for our patients despite the poor situations the administration puts us in.
For the most part we work well together, and truly try to work as a team.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers need to work and stop complaining about management, scheduling, work assignments...if youre unhappy, go somewhere else.
need to undetstand the place does not care about rhem and let them go
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is seeing a job completed and the effects it has on the caregivers and patients.
The emphasis on teamwork, and growth mindset.
There is positivity from our community members (Patients) and our coworkers. There is a friendly environment amongst ourselves.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need to remove the current administration, they have lost our trust, our allegiance and our buy in.
Respect your staff- work to retain.
Leadership is absent you can never get issues resolved most of the leadership is incompatent
What did you like most about the interview process?
Back then it was a positive experience, now it would not be.
A wide variety of questions regarding the line of work i was about to go into and how past ezperiences would align with the job being interviewed for.
I felt that the interviewers made me feel comfortable and supported me to ensure my success.
The manager i interviewed with doesnt work here anymore. But she had standards for people she hired. Now we hire anyone one with a pulse ane quality care has gone down.

Most of the time nobody even applies…..that should tell them somethin
Clean up communication surrounding timelines
Maybe they could treat their employees better
What makes you most happy at work?
The caregivers who are visibly engaged and wanting to help the patients versus the caregivers who are just there to collect a paycheck.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
there are too many changes and redirections. departments come and go. leaders are fired and replaced all the time.
Staff is spread too thin and patients feel this and don't get the care that they deserve.
Everything. The company needs to be bought by simebody else
Greed is bringing the company down.
