Customer focus, patient safety, compassion, and committed focus on employees and community commitment and caring. For example not implementing principles consistent with community values, not respecting donors wishes,, not respecting input from employees, patients and Dr.s for patients care issue
It would be nice if the doctors could spend more time with the patient. Support staff deserve to be treated better. Overall, the atmosphere of healthcare has changed so much and not necessarily in a positive way gone are the days of old.
