The best part is that I have compensation package. It could be better, but at least I have one.

Peacehealth recently spent 30 million dollars on a new logo but laid off lots of employees closed clinics but the executive team all got raises
A fair wage. Other hospitals are making significantly more. We have a higher cost of living in our area, we need that money.
