PeaceHealth Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part is that I have compensation package. It could be better, but at least I have one.

MY COMPENSATION IS VERY GOOD

Dental coverage for my whole family.

I like their EPO medical coverage. Very affordable.

Our retirement and investment package is very good.

Freedom to choose the best option

The retirement compensation is nice

Pay is good and there are options for good coverage for rxs.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The fact that I actually have one.

Review from Operations Dept

Education advancement opportunities and incentives for doing so.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

FMLA process is awful. Do not pay short term disability. The only thing they do is place barriers

So under valued. Constantly have more and more work dumped on us while maybe you’ll get a $0.25/hr raise a yea

The benefits here are not that great and for a family, it's rather expensive. I would love to have sick days, personal business days, and/or not have to use my PTO for holidays.

2023 ceo got an 574,000 raise. Staff is fight for more than a 3%

Peacehealth would rather hire staff than retain. Accepting a staff turnover rate of 30% a quarter

Peacehealth recently spent 30 million dollars on a new logo but laid off lots of employees closed clinics but the executive team all got raises

A fair wage. Other hospitals are making significantly more. We have a higher cost of living in our area, we need that money.

Overworked and under paid, no days off
