Pella Corporation – Customer Service line is the absolute worst. I was basically told to "eat it" and there's nothing they can do for me. She had an attitude and was extremely rude. I understand if there's nothing you can do, but at least offer me an apology and make the ability/opportunity to speak to someone else.

Broken new driveway. Damaged siding . Mis measured windows. Windows in rear not installed correctly . Ine been in limbo since may . Now ext rear windows in spring . Pella windowscwer the previos windows installed. Thought would be easy transition. Horrible sevice and install . Run
