Point of Rental empowered me to contribute in ways no other company ever has. The people are fun to be around, the culture is understanding not demanding while still offering great challenges and opportunities. I would not leave this job for twice the money.
The leadership team is very cohesive in determining strategy and committed to bettering themselves.
Outside of work, my friends and family will often ask me if I still like my job. I usually always tell them the same thing, because it's true: I'm still obsessively in love with my job, and everything that comes with it, and I sincerely believe that I will be in this honeymoon stage forever.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the on boarding process and the welcoming I am getting each day.
It has been a breath of fresh air compared to the stagnant corporate environment where I worked previously. People are treated as assets the CEO lives and breathes the Culture that values Empowerment, Principles, Innovation and Caring,
