I think PRA offers flexibility for any major life changes/events as needed. They work with you to make any time up and it's a great overall family feel.

It's a phone interview then a face to face interview with 2 supervisors, if both like what you have to bring to the company you will be made an offer. Questions include negotiating efforts, your key strengths, your goals, etc.
