Vacation and 401kand environment also eye and vision plans
The bonus and stock is very generous
Nothing in particular. It's a good, well-rounded benefits and compensation package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No guaranteed bonus allthough contractually confirmed

The level of feeling like you never left high school needs to lessen, otherwise it's not bad

No one seems to care about your personal beliefs as long as you can do your job and you treat others fairly
