If the management cared about their employees and made them feel valued it would be a lot better environment.
They pay their employees the absolute bare minimum. I was a veteran TL and could essentially run the store but newly hired team members were making less than a dollar less than me.
Everything. The employees are just numbers to them. HR is a joke, they are very unprofessional and disorganized. Most of the stores and filthy but taking time to actually clean them is not "customer centered" so it is discouraged.
The manager who scheduled my interview forgot about it and had already went home so I had to come back the next day. I was hired on the spot after less than a 10 min interview. Bad sign from the start, very desperate for people.
