THEY NEED A NEW GENERAL MANAGER. RYAN CANNOT KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH FIRING HIS ENTIRE STAFF BECAUSE HE DOES NOT LIKE THEM. HE CANNOT SCAPEGOAT OTHER PEOPLES PROBLEMS FOR THE TERMINATION OF SOMEBODY HE WANTS GONE. THIS IS NOT AN EFFECTIVE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.

A new crew. Not rude bosses.
Everything. GM breeds a negative mindset.
Need more support from corporate. Terribly understaffed and not receiving the correct pay or action to help keep store running. Everyone wants to quit. Havent been able to keep a single new hire. Shift leads work incredibly hard and sacrifice their breaks.
Communication if they don't want somebody working for them they should not lead them on they should just say we don't want you here
Literally running a company and treating employees like real people with lives that don't revolve around work
Leadership need to become connected with there employees, hear their voices ans use thier feed back.
Training for all management in every aspect of the business to training the new employees greeting starving checking out and had to handle complaints with customers and between employees
