It went quite smooth, I went to an open interview though and I wish I bargained for more pay.

It was none....how many hrs can u do. When can u start. Whats your days off at other job. I dont have any shirts for you but b here at 8 with the cook and start opening up
It's laid back and fairly easy to get hired.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Manager actually being involved instead of hiding in the office
organization. had to wrangle the interview out of the manager because he was too disorganized to remember to call
Ask more questions about the person and getting to know them
To make sure they abide to they're legal obligations
Actually respond to future employees.
Asking the right questions and not just giving jobs away
The manager who scheduled my interview forgot about it and had already went home so I had to come back the next day. I was hired on the spot after less than a 10 min interview. Bad sign from the start, very desperate for people.
