That should be taught that you treat each other like people not get in their faces and start clapping telling you should be off 15 mintues before you suppose to be because they want to go home early. I was assaulted and no one cared to think twice about it.
Again, better communication would help tremendously. Aside from small talk and chitchat, general communication about work matters was rather subpar and NEEDS to be improved upon ASAP.

The manager is negative. I believe the managers use drugs and the majority of the other employesz are very yound 17 to 18 and the managers gossip.make up things and talk to the young employees effectivelt spreading rumors. Causing tension in the workplace.ne. never been treated so badly whole life.
