Im not unhappy with the psy its the retaliationn via text thst i got

more money, reliable hours, bare minimum really.

Holiday pay or the removal of labor. Labor stats is a dead tactic if you have workers willing to work that brings $$ to the company give them OT. Loyalty is greater than quantity

i feel undervalued because management steps on me at every opportunity. i'm constantly shown how exploitable i am by the higher ups. i would feel better if i got better pay, an actual say in decisions, any amount of paid time off.

I have yet to be paid for my time

A new general manager, the current GM does not know how to manage. They are very unprofessional and have made it very clear they do not prioritize their employees concerns over and over again. Favoritism is a big issue as well.

Training better pay, safer work environment

More attention from upper management. They need to focus on the stores and it's employees needs before we can efficiently give a good customer experience.

Management is horrible, there needs to be support and training, outside of the incomprehensible training program you have

Manager actually being involved instead of hiding in the office

organization. had to wrangle the interview out of the manager because he was too disorganized to remember to call

Ask more questions about the person and getting to know them

To make sure they abide to they're legal obligations

New GM who doesnt know what they are doing, makes inapropriate comments to customers and tells them to leave, also does nothing but sit in the office. Hires people who should never work in a fast paced high volume food place

Line servers dont get trained properly and because of this customers have been dissatisfied with our work.

Legally pay their employees what they earned

There is a clear abuse of power, and it needs to stop before that store is officially closed down for losing far too many staff members due to the general managers unacceptable behavior

We have no staff and are extremely busy. We don't get paid enough for the labor we go through everyday. Please send more people and a store manager.
