Why do some of the Quality Inns require you paying a deposit and your room rate when you check in on time? Then your deposit is never returned on your card.

I tried to have one of my employees stay there and because he didn't have a work vehicle with him we weren't allowed

Great better employees and management

Cain at the front desk was very professional and totally took care of the booking issue I had. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Customer service including but not limited to the level of care addressing any concerns, showing understanding and empathizing when there's an issue to address, using active listening skills, and just overall being friendly and persistent about providing exceptional care

  • ONE is GREAT...another is MED...another is SLOW...I think if wages were more than min wage we would get a better quality of workers.
