Mr. Chris D. Newman has been the Chief Financial Officer at Rodan & Fields, LLC since August 29, 2016. Mr. Newman has more than 25 years of experience in finance and operations working with major brands. He began his career at J.P. Morgan. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Head of Development and Treasurer of Orchard Supply Hardware (Also known as OSH 1 Liquidating Corporation) since November 2011 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Serena & Lily. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Secretary of Restoration Hardware Holdings, Inc. since March 20, 2006. From September 2005 to March 2006, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Store Operations at Limited Brands, Inc., the operator of Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works and other retail chains. From 1999 to September 2005, he worked in various other executive-level positions at Limited Brands, including Vice President of Finance for Bath & Body Works and Vice President of Finance at Victoria's Secret Stores. From 1990 to 1999, he served in various financial positions at PepsiCo, Incorporated in financial and strategic planning for over nine years. Mr. Newman holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Brown University.

Ms. Heidi Kathleen Wissmiller serves as Chief Customer Officer at Rodan & Fields, LLC. Ms. Wissmiller served as Vice President of North America - Field Development at Rodan & Fields, LLC. Ms. Wissmiller is a results-oriented and accomplished executive with over 25 years of leadership responsibility in the consumer products industry. At Rodan + Fields, she oversees field development in North America and is responsible for delivering the programs, tools and developmental opportunities required to enable Independent Consultants to achieve their goals. Most recently she served as Chief Executive Officer of Micro Analytical Systems Inc. She has broad-based functional expertise in general management, national sales, distribution, marketing, trade management and strategic planning. She has held corporate leadership positions at globally recognized consumer products companies including E & J Gallo Winery, Nabisco, and PepsiCo, where she served as Director of Sales for Frito Lay and oversaw a multi-million dollar snack division. Ms. Wissmiller holds a BS in Communications Management from the University of Portland and a Certificate in Finance for Executives from the University of Chicago.

Evan Wayne serves as the Vice President Technology of Rodan + Fields. Evan started at Rodan + Fields in January of 2016. Evan currently resides in San Francisco Bay Area.

Dan Grimm serves as the Vice President, Engineering of Rodan + Fields. Dan started at Rodan + Fields in August of 2017. Dan currently resides in San Francisco Bay Area.

Dre Madden serves as the Senior Director of Marketing, Digital Products & Channels of Rodan + Fields. Dre started at Rodan + Fields in September of 2016. Dre currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Liz Berman serves as the Vice President, Loyalty & Customer Experience of Rodan + Fields. Liz started at Rodan + Fields in May of 2018. Liz currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Amit Bhardwaj serves as the VP, IT Security and Compliance of Rodan + Fields. Amit started at Rodan + Fields in June of 2016. Amit currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
