The Shares used to be worth something but the new Leadership has run the company into the ground. Too much debt.

Some teams are very close knit and helpful, and always willing to lean in to help in a pinch. Other teams would watch you sink without throwing you a life raft.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership should develop self awareness. Most Execs are extremely self-focused and unable to imagine any other perspective than their own. This is particularly hard to navigate in the time of COVID. Not everyone has a nanny or even a home office. They are rude , condescending and out of touch.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Reduce the number of VPs

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The C level execs say one thing, but the VP levels say another. They are saying all the right things at the top, but VPs do not align with that vision. If you want to be threatened with your job, you should work here.
