Great I love working for Rosendin
Rosendin is a wonderful, employee owned company. I am grateful every day to be working here with such amazing people who also want to make a difference.
Leadership needs to learn how to communicate better with their subordinates... less politics, less favoritism, less stagnation, and less false promises.
In full transparency it is miserable to work for Rosendin. Management does not look after their employees in any capacity. There is no training, no path for growth and no clear path of communication.
The company pays far below current market value for similar jobs. They offset this, by giving company stock, which you are not eligible to actually receive until after your five year mark at which time they will try to fire you to get out of paying you the company stock.
