What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are one or two in the leadership team who truly care and will roll up their sleeves and jump in to help anytime. The rest are too worried about expensing bottles of wine and keeping the hard-working folks out of their cool kids club.
The leadership team truly believes in our Core Values: We Care, Listen, Share, Innovate and Excel. This is what makes us such a great, employee owned company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Train those who work under them, define clear goals and expectations of what is expected of your employees.
Leadership needs to learn how to communicate better with their subordinates... less politics, less favoritism, less stagnation, and less false promises.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
good vacation time, and yearly bonus

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company pays far below current market value for similar jobs. They offset this, by giving company stock, which you are not eligible to actually receive until after your five year mark at which time they will try to fire you to get out of paying you the company stock.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone pulls their weight and actually enjoys the work they do. There are a lot of creative, smart, down to earth people that make this place successful. We are giving a lot of autonomy to just do our jobs in the best way we see fit without being micromanaged. That part is nice.
The commitment we have to each other. My department is small which means we really have to rely on one another to get the job done. And it works, well.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The little people and blue collar folks at the office are really the heart and soul of the company. We all know each other's names and make the day go by wonderfully. We just wish those schmucks in their Gucci's from the executive office would stay the heck out of the way so we could do our jobs.
The people. They are enjoyable to be around, to work with and work for.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It went very quickly. They called to see if I was still interested after applying, scheduled my interview and gave me a tour, and I had a job offer a couple days later.
I don't like interviews at all. But I was honest and knew I could do the job. That gave me the confidence to know I was the right person for the job.
