It went very quickly. They called to see if I was still interested after applying, scheduled my interview and gave me a tour, and I had a job offer a couple days later.

The company pays far below current market value for similar jobs. They offset this, by giving company stock, which you are not eligible to actually receive until after your five year mark at which time they will try to fire you to get out of paying you the company stock.
In full transparency it is miserable to work for Rosendin. Management does not look after their employees in any capacity. There is no training, no path for growth and no clear path of communication.
