Benefits are pretty standard for a large company.
Working for Sitecore is great, but there's a big lack of teambuilding effort since COVID and it feels less like I'm part of a collective team and it's harder to maintain good in-person relationships
It is a top company, lately there are a lot of changes some positives others not but i believe that the executive leaders are taking the correct decisions.
Very positive. 23 years across 3 companies and Sitecore is the best without a doubt. Diversity means diversity and not just a corporate buzz word.

Good. There is respect for family/personal life and employees are trusted to manage their time.
