They do not. They do require applicants to submit their driver's license info to make sure they don't have a series of severe traffic violations as all people at Ski Butlers are required to drive at somepoine as a part of their job.

Company provided uniforms for ski technicians. A button down shirt, a vest or jacket and blue jeans. Management can wear jeans and a nice shirt.

We can ski almost everyday. Ski Butlers provides everyone with a ski pass an help facilitate group ski days amongst the team. We can also travel to other Ski Butlers locations to work and ski at other resorts we operate at.

Yes. Everyone starts as a ski technician but if you show an interest in sales, marketing or operations leadership they will work with you to get you on that track if you express your interest.

It felt more like an open conversation than a really formal interview. It was mostly a series of questions about my past experiences and how they might relate to my role at Ski Butlers. They did a really good job making me feel comfortable.

Is depends on the nature of the issue. Most can be handled by a direct manager. If needed or if the nature of the issue is highly sensitive Team Members can feel comfortable going directly to senior leadership.

Ski Butlers is customer facing so working from home isn't always an option. Managers and senior leadership are allowed to work from home when they have other personal obligations they need to fulfill.

It's informative. Formal orientation last 3 days followed by 1x/ week ongoing education sessions.

2 interviews, usually 30-40 minutes each for entry level roles. 3 interviews, usually 45 minutes to 1 hour for leadership roles.
