What are some of the best things about your team?
Consistent goals, always pursuing our passions in the mountains, real people you can hang out with outside of work.
Everyone fits with the culture of living, working and playing in the mountains.
The culture. People really are passionate about the mountains. The collaborative spirit.
They work hard and play hard. They all care about the mission and task at hand as well.
We are all into pursuing our passions in the mountains, so it is easy to relate to everyone.

Freedom with autonomy in my location, flexibility to create my own schedule

What did you like most about the interview process?
Transparent, culture explained clearly, mission and values top priority
Transparency on expectations and how it aligns with the company's vision and goals.
Getting to hear about the companies core values and brand standards. This really gave me a great picture of what the work environment would be like.
Getting to meet the team and see the work space.
Pretty informal and gave a good overview of what the job entailed.

What do you like best about your company?
Freedom to ski and ride when i want, autonomy to run my location without daily check ins
Doing everything we can to deliver the best experience for our customers in all markets we serve.
They have allowed me to stay remote and work from anywhere. The coaching is insightful and focused. Management does not micr manage.
Always do our best to put the customer first.
It challenges me in a lot of ways to grow professionally.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
More communication with highest management in a weekly or monthly basis
Investment in team and getting more people to year round work.
More year round opportunities for employees
Better equipment standards across the board and more variety in product offerings.
More fair pay rates and investment in purchasing employee housing.
