Consistent goals, always pursuing our passions in the mountains, real people you can hang out with outside of work.
Everyone fits with the culture of living, working and playing in the mountains.
The culture. People really are passionate about the mountains. The collaborative spirit.
They work hard and play hard. They all care about the mission and task at hand as well.
We are all into pursuing our passions in the mountains, so it is easy to relate to everyone.
Everyone is here for the same reason, because we enjoy playing in the outdoors. Being apart of a team that has similar interest makes the office culture enjoyable.
