We know that we can rely on each others, we listen to each others and try to make a progress in every thing we do.

Someone who knows what to do, listens to the staff, appreciates the loyalty of people at the bottom of the chain and also appreciates that without the front of house teams, the company will not reach their targets hence they need to pay a bit more than minimum wage.

Quali sono alcune delle cose migliori della tuo team?

Most of members of my team are loyal to the company, they have been working for Sodexo for years. We are also making a good team work because we know our strengths and differences but we are working by helping each others out. Unfortunately it is not always appreciated by the management.

Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?

There is no difference in compensation whether or not you just join the company (on training) and after you are trained. We don't need bonuses, what we need is to be paid a bit more extra than the minimum for our loyalty, our progress (doing courses) and all the extra mile that we do for the company
