No integrity and a genuine lack of care for its employees. The job listing and the job I applied for here was remote. It was never stated it wouldn't remain remote. They forced RTO hybrid schedule with no intention of ever making exceptions for anyone but they strung people along for weeks.

So many companies match 401k and sofi doesn't. They only offer stock options for some management positions but SoFi stock is trash. No one wants your worthless stock.

SoFi implemented changes with little regard to the impact it would have on employees lives. The truth made abundantly clear that SoFi doesn't care about you or your situation or even of honoring their word. Either you accept this forced change or your replaceable. Anyone is replaceable. U R nothing.

They never come prepared. You're lucky if they know you're name. They're not open and honest about the possibility of constant schedule changes or even that a remote job could change at any time to a hybrid work schedule and you either conform or leave. They seem lost and confused. Maybe overworked

Forced RTO with 0 exceptions is a real moral killer. Having management and HR tell you well we'd hate to lose you but there's the door if you can't make this work is trash. Everyone knows that's an option. You saying that though proves none of us ever mattered. We're nothing to you
