My overall experience with Sonesta is okay. I feel I could be appreciated more for all my hard work, and advancement in the company should be more possible.
Horrible company that pays men more than women. They do not care about their associates
Since starting work at Sonesta I've been seeing bulletin flyers about bonus opportunities and hiring kickbacks, but I see the majority of our staff doesn't make a living wage in the city we are located. I'm not sure if anyone has brought this to the attention of corporate so I will.
No raise last year. Low balled
service employees deserve just as much scheduling certainty as their executive counterparts. the lack of support from upper management to get people hired is disappointing. "No money for new hires." Carlos Flores makes $700,000 a year?!
