They expect you to do the most but do not compensate appropriately or show any kind of appreciation. Extremely toxic environment

The leadership team needs to be replaced entirely, by people who know how to lead with empathy and respect. The current leaders use interpersonal competition to motivate employees to get numbers up, and threaten when they don't hit their numbers.
