Less over promising and underdelivering. It makes the environment one sided and not multifaceted. In the early stages of a woman-led organization, transparency is so important. Employees risk working here as much as customers risk taking a chance on a new name. More transparency!

Lack of transparency. The work load is immense. Projects are constantly being created and the amount of salary compensation is too low. The commission taps into the companies 40% margin, which isn't enough for the work load.

Transparency. Verbalizing concerns immediately instead of voicing none at all. The organization is very small and in early stages. It's imperative the owners speak up immediately about what may be a concern versus selling potential new hires a dream.
