Chris has been a technological visionary throughout his career. His most recent company, Tappin, provided secure remote access to and from any file stored on a device. Chris was the Co-Founder and CEO. The company was acquired by Globalscape in 2011, who continues to offer the product. Prior to Tappin, Chris was a Co-Founder and CTO of Aventail, one of the first SSL VPN companies. The company was acquired by Sonicwall in 2007. Prior to Aventail, Chris was STO for Spry, the first internet in a box offering. Spry was acquired by CompuServe in 1996. Chris has also authored over 14 patents throughout his career.

Mr. Gabriel Nacht, also known as Gabe, has been Chief Financial Officer at Switch, Inc. since January 2016 and also serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Nacht has been Chief Financial Officer of Switch, Ltd. since January 2016. Mr. Nacht served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Meridian Project Systems, Inc. Mr. Nacht previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Bustos Media Holdings, LLC since August 2007. He served as Chief Financial Officer at ClearCapital.com, Inc. from September 2011 to July 2015. Mr. Nacht has over 25 years of corporate finance experience and has served as Chief Financial Officer for several technology and media companies. Mr. Nacht holds an MBA, Corporate Finance from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern and a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University.

Mr. Erin Thomas Morton has been President and General Counsel of Switch, Inc. since June 13, 2017 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Morton has been President of Switch, Ltd. since January 2016 and has been its General Counsel since April 2008. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Switch, Ltd. from February 2014 to January 2016. Prior to joining Switch, Ltd., he was an attorney with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP from 2004 to 2008 and an attorney with Gray Cary (now DLA Piper) from 1999 to 2004. He represented Pillsbury Winthrop's clients in the areas of intellectual property and business counseling and also represented its large institutional clients in connection with technology, telecom, outsourcing transactions, acquisition due diligence and other technology-related commercial transactions. In addition to representing large-scale transactions, he represented companies on hundreds of software license agreements, patent and technology license agreements, development agreements, OEM/distributor/reseller agreements, consulting and technical services agreements, joint venture/strategic partner agreements, technology transfer agreements, asset purchase agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements and e-commerce and Internet transactions. He also counseled technology clients on intellectual property rights, trade secret and copyright issues, as well as privacy, data protection matters and e-commerce issues. Prior to his work in the legal field, he was an accountant for a Fortune 500 manufacturer, where he assisted with corporate-wide forecasting and merger and acquisition strategies. He serves as Director of Sacramento Area Regional Technology Alliance. He serves as a board member of McClellan Technology Incubator. He has been a board member of Intellectual Property Law Section of the Sacramento Bar Association since 2001. Mr. Morton received a B.A., Finance from the University of San Diego and a JD from the University of the Pacific ??? McGeorge School of Law.

Ms. Elizabeth Fretwell, also known as Betsy, has been a Senior Vice President of SMART at Switch, Inc. since July 2017. Ms. Fretwell served as a City Manager at City of Las Vegas from January 2009 to July 2017 and its Deputy City Manager from 2002 to 2008 and Assistant City Manager from 2000 to 2002. She served as a Director of Intergovernmental Relations at City of Henderson from 1998 to 2000. She served as a Strategic Issues Manager at Clark County from 1994 to 1998. She has a deep knowledge of the operations, challenges and needs of local governments, coupled with a unique understanding of how advanced technologies and powerful data analytics work together to create cities that shape the future. Ms. Fretwell has focused on utilizing technology and innovation to create better cities, better quality of life, better standards of service delivery and improved sustainability. She has driven a collaborative vision and public policy framework that weaves together the critical infrastructure that has moved Las Vegas and the southern Nevada community forward. She holds Master of Public Administration (MPA) in 1991 and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1989 from The University of Georgia.

Mr. Jason Mendenhall serves as Executive Vice President at Switch, Inc.. Mr. Mendenhall served as a Vice President of Product & Customer Operations of Sparkplug, Inc. Mr. Mendenhall was responsible for the development and introduction of new products into the market and oversees all Sparkplug customer facing activities. He co-founded Verde Communications, Inc. in 2002 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. He served as the Head Of Sales, professional services, and product marketing for several venture capitalist-backed enterprise-level technology companies. His customer-focused entrepreneurship has kept him at the forefront of technology business start-ups. He has comfortably led the creation, roll-out, and sales of new products to Fortune 500 companies for more than a decade. He also worked as a Consultant for the San Francisco office of Accenture, advising global clients from diverse industries on corporate growth. Mr. Mendenhall holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Utah.

Mr. Chris Donnelly serves as Executive Vice President of Connectivity at Switch, Inc. He served as Chief Marketing Officer of Switch, Inc.

Mr. Adam Kramer serves as Executive Vice President of Strategy at Switch, Inc. His organization portfolio of influence includes Switch, SUPERNAP and Rob Roy's Innevation Center. Adam champions communications surrounding environment, education, economic development and policy for the company. He manages all aspects of Switch's community and government relations throughout the company's global markets in an effort to create transformative change. Adam and his team are located at Rob Roy's Innevation Center where their support of collaboration, colocation and event coordination is the foundation for moving the state of Nevada forward. Prior to joining Switch, Adam was the Director of Entrepreneurship for the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce and before that an award-winning journalist in California and Florida. In 2013, he was recognized by Vegas, Inc., as one of the top 40 professionals in Vegas under 40. Adam has a B.A. from Menlo College and M.S. from the University of Cincinnati. Adam is very involved in the community, serving on the boards of the College of Southern Nevada (CSN) and EDAWN (Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada).
