Getting perspective from different orgs through the panel interview.

I like that they treat us like grownups and trust us to do the work.

Open dialogue and high level focus on goals and getting the work done, instead of getting too much in the weeds of reporting metrics.

Being with a company that is fast growing with smart and friendly people who trust us to do the work without too much "in the weeds" management.

It truly leaves it up to the employees to figure out how they are the most effective and productive, whether that's working from home, a co-working space, or from the HQ office.

From a benefits perspective compared to other companies, I especially like the 401k match from Day 1 and 20 days of vacation, compared to the more commonly used "unlimited vacation policy" in the tech world that very few benefit from as coworkers then rarely take meaningful periods of time off.
