Knowledgeable, easy to work with, and fair.
They do what they say and say what they do. Our execs are some of the most accessible people I have ever worked with.
The transparency makes the executive team trustworthy.
Leadership is open and clear when communicating and have remained approachable throughout my time at Teleport
Leadership at the company communicate truthily and clearly about the direction of the company. There are never surprises.
The leadership team needs to ensure that their new hires are embodying company values. New hires should be hired at the appropriate level compared to existing employees. Newly hired leaders should not be allowed to just bring over all the people from their previous company.
Don't always trust the loudest voice in the room.

The wellness flex spend and 401k match.
The generous Wellness Benefit Card given yearly.
Every employee receives a sizeable wellness benefit.
There's no negotiation for salary, so everyone ends up getting paid the same, independent of their contribution or ability to contribute.

We are all working towards a common goal.
Most of my team members are hardworking professionals who are easy to get along with.
They are all excited about the product and genuinely want to see it widely adopted.
There needs to be a effort on the part of management to hire people who can collaborate effectively. We have some smart people on our teams, but they also tend to be arrogant and unpleasant to work with.
open communication and transparent with all employees, including leadership/executive team
open communication with everyone, including upper management/executives.
The fact that our CEO knows and actively works to keep the culture that we have in place, even as we grow.
The most positive part is the original executive leadership. They have strongly held values that are reflected in their actions and decisions.
We have a set of standards that we are supposed to treat each other by. These standards promote positivity, encouragement, and a desire to see one another succeed.

The transparency that everyone showed about the state of the company and what needed to happen to be successful.
The interview process is project based and takes a lot of the pressure off of the candidate than most other interviews I have experienced.
it helped me to understand the culture of the company
Review from Sales Dept
We tend to eliminate anyone who doesn't fit the mold of a few people on the team. There's a presumption that new hires should just be code monkeys with nothing new to contribute.
Being very clear on the mission while simultaneously given flexibility in contributing to it.
We utilize Slack channels to engage across the teams and there are several channels dedicated to fitness, movies, and nature. It's like we have subcultures within the Teleport culture. It's really fun to be a part of.
I get to solve hard problems.

I would like to see more people hired.
Some talking about when an off-site with the whole team would be feasible - to see people in person once a year or so.
