- What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team needs to ensure that their new hires are embodying company values. New hires should be hired at the appropriate level compared to existing employees. Newly hired leaders should not be allowed to just bring over all the people from their previous company.
- What would you improve about your company's interview process?We tend to eliminate anyone who doesn't fit the mold of a few people on the team. There's a presumption that new hires should just be code monkeys with nothing new to contribute.
