The 10k Wellness Benefit! I've never heard of a company providing an additional $10k (on top of compensation) for employees to use on whatever they define as wellness. It's a testament to the company's values and demonstrates how they care about us inside and outside of the workplace.
Great competitive comp package that also includes an unbelievable 10k wellness benefit. Our comp philosophies are great too with annual comp surveys that have often included raises for whole teams/departments or regions when they discover its not as competitive as we should be.
