Every day is different, and the work always presents new challenges for our team to solve. I appreciate the autonomy everyone at the office has, and we all have the power to own our day/workload/etc. in whatever way we see most fit to deliver the best service.
The team is fun and friendly, with a variety of personalities.

Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from The Digital Ring?
Owner: not long
All three partners. One day.
What kinds of community outreach does The Digital Ring participate in?
2-3 times per year there is some type of "Drive" (ie. food drive, clothing drive, etc.) and the items are donated. Volunteer with the Clean Lakes Alliance in Madison once in the summers to help keep the lakes & parks clean. Sponsor families over the holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas). Run in multiple 5k events and donate toward those respective causes (Ex. UW Carbone’s Race for Research 5k Run/Walk). And more!

Great! There is no specific amount of time, take as necessary. Leadership very flexible.

Very flexible. You can work remote when needed and getting the PTO you need has never been an issue.
