What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very help full my team
They're very open to new ideas and want to push the envelope in all aspects of the business. As long as we're getting our work done and doing it at a high level, they are pretty hands-off, which makes it easy to feel like you own your work.
I love how they value our opinions and thoughts/ideas.
The leadership team is supportive and transparent, and make your feel like you're part of something big. They really focus on being a "family" rather than just a team, and you can tell they really care about the clients--which is incredibly refreshing in the advertising industry.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
For a small company, we have health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement match program which is awesome.
I believe my compensation fairly reflects my skill and knowledge level.

At TDR, we have great health and dental benefits, and we also get unlimited PTO. Leadership is flexible when it comes to things like working remotely every now and then.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone embodies a "we" not "me" attitude, and at the end of the day, we're all doing our best to make TDR a better place. It's a great team environment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a positive attitude - you don't hear people complain about and of our clients often. Folks here are very solution-oriented, and a new customer problem is an opportunity for a solution.
we are very supportive of each other.
The "family" and supportive feel--parents bring their kids (human and dog) in, schedules are flexible to accommodate lifestyle (arrive/leave early, work remote), and you feel really supported in your career goals.

What did you like most about the interview process?
A lot has changed since I interviewed, but I really enjoyed getting to talk to the 3 partners in my interview. The fact that they take the time out of their already busy days to meet with prospective employees is awesome.
