- What do you like best about the leadership team?They're very open to new ideas and want to push the envelope in all aspects of the business. As long as we're getting our work done and doing it at a high level, they are pretty hands-off, which makes it easy to feel like you own your work.
- What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone embodies a "we" not "me" attitude, and at the end of the day, we're all doing our best to make TDR a better place. It's a great team environment.
