The 3D design team I am on is very skilled we know what we are doing and help each other.

I don't feel under valued. I think the pay is fair, their benefits aret not that great. To be fair though my benefits come through my staffing company. all in all I think i am paid fairly.

my manager and his colleague interviewed me it was very pleasant because we were on the same page as far as my job duties because I had what it took. so it was exciting at the same time pleasant.

well before Lvmh came it was fun to work there. we could say when a design might not work, but now its about meeting deadlines. everyone walks around like they are nervous and confused. but hiding it behind smiles. you can see the stress in the eyes though.

I work on the 3d design team. My manager is an excellent one. He does his best to navigate and act as an emissary between upper management and us. He definitely calls them out on things and fights for us. So much so that they started leaving him out of project emails,

Like I said. I don't believe upper management knows what they are doing, The designers don't use concepts to design which will always end in disaster. everyone is trying to appease the person above them ( at the top being shareholders) and the are of design is lost. They don't value their employe
