They have open door policy

They lead as an example. They are people person

The team is always moving forward. Forever evolving with the business.

the communication skills and the team work

Freindly people. Honestly, they are a bit stuck up

Very friendly and helpful in sharing of knowledge

Not professional, hesitant, confusing some times

Human resources is very responsive to

I work on the 3d design team. My manager is an excellent one. He does his best to navigate and act as an emissary between upper management and us. He definitely calls them out on things and fights for us. So much so that they started leaving him out of project emails,

Executives and owners are the best. Local managers have no empathy or logic how to keep our team happy and stable. It is so cut throat that it is an unhealthy working enviorement. We are not being compensated properly because teamates are stealing sales left and right. I have never seen it so bad.

Review from Sales Dept

They had a connection with all the employees at the Flagship. Everyone was treated with respect.

Very supportive, always make the time to put their team first

Review from Sales Dept

The continued support for development

One manager seems genuine. The rest im not sure

nothing in particular. they werent horrible

transparent and talented; good strategic direction

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The owner and his son are extremely nice and easy to be around but they need to look at the abuse coming from their CFO.

Less ego, more accountability and clarity

Communication, fairness, reward excellence and promote

They don't about how much hard work anyone puts in as long you are not favourite you dont mean anything

Learn how to interact with staff and some level of compassion

Listening instead of judging. Management needs to start assisting the sales Professional in order to increase service and sales.

Lead the team by giving more resource what they need.

Train staff better during slow season

Sto Micromanaging and start focusing on higher level issues to establish better processes.
