How flexible is your work schedule at Ubisoft?
Depends of your location and job family. Support teams generally offers up to 2 days / week of remote work and a 8h workday without overtime.
It is very flexible. Hours and working remotely and in person can be very much so tailored to the person, as long as you are meeting your work goals, and still a strong team member.

Very laid back in studios while business offices tends be somewhere around laid back and casual dress code.
What are the most important soft skills I need to be successful at Ubisoft?
A collaborative outlook, not too much ego and the patience to beat through long processes.
Is it possible to switch teams at Ubisoft? If so, what is the process?
Yes, but you have to reach out and convince your target team in advance, HR wont help you looking if you are currently staffed on project (if you are not and on a permanent contract they will do everything possible to place you).
How often do promotions happen at Ubisoft?
There are routine annual raises but promotions to a new levels need to be fought for (and your manager is the one who has to make the case).

Find an internship or apprenticeship. Ubisoft hires a ton of new graduates so it shouldnt be too hard to get in.

Friendly, professional and very slow.

It really varies studio to studio or office to office. Some people can work completly remotely when other have to come full time. It is unclear but HR is working on it and it should be clarified soon.
