they do their job well
Ever shifting but approachable most of the time
They meet frequently and work through operational issues. They rely on an extended leadership team when appropriate to widen the inputs and expertise. They support the vision of the managing director effectively.
Not much, no real vision just lots of ideas that is all, you can do that when you never worrie about performance or getting let go even when you add no value
Not much, they act like a cult
they need to get better at being gentle
pretty much everything, especially communication and listening
take the right measures against toxic people
Hiring people with proven value and experience in their area. Often 'friends of the boss' get hired which means people who actually do the work get sick of them an go to competitors, particularly since the pay at Ubi isn't great.
The stock rewards granted to key contributors.
good pay and a variation of good benefits
I am very well happy with all I received
I love the discounts on our games, and our comprehensive benefits package, including a growing offering of overall wellbeing focuses.
Benefits insurance support flexibility values
There is no career growth and no salary growth. There doesn't seem to be any effort on the part of the leads to really set a career plan or groth path. Constant talk and no actions make it harder to trust that they have any idea about what they are doing.
Better salary would make me stay longer
Other IT companies get better paid
Give employees stock based on performance, give bonus not just sale it when you grt hired but never get it because we are saling enough games. Crazy
when we are paid fairly
The personality, they're all super welcome and don't hesitate to give you help.
The average team member is extremely enthusiastic about their work and believes in the mission of our team.
My peers are all very kind and open-minded. They are knowledgeable in their respective roles and are always willing to help others out.
They care and are supportive.
Nice and knowledgeable people. Friendly
Their speed at tasks and more communication

Code of conduct. Good benefits and events
good advantages and fun atmosphere
My co-workers. Working together to solve problems (including those caused by inexperienced or clueless upper management)
Good work-life balance. They are flexible especially if you have a family, good parental leave and flexible if you need to work from home or leave earlier etc.
they need to get rid of their old racist expressions like, no white like european white
Transparency in middle management will help teams be more aware of why certain decisions are being taken.
Change the top management entirely. Change HR practises. Allow people to make games they want to play rather than copies that shareholders are waiting for.

High management and western caucasian people need to understand their experience is not the norm and accept that criticism isn't bad and that diversity and inclusion will improve the company.

No specific opinion on this topic.
The interview panel were very welcoming and honest with their expectations from me for the role I was interviewing for.
Casual and friendly environment. High response
The practical assignment and presentation.
Good questions asked, comfortable atmosphere and conversations. Very relaxed.
be faster in your responses
Faster, fairer (in terms of compensation without having to haggle), more transparency in terms of communication and deadlines (workers too don't like to be left unanswered)

looking at their criminal record like they should have done with me

when all the guys go out to lunch without me
The opportunity to apply myself, and to see the concrete results of my work materialize in valuable outcomes.
Working with my peers and helping the team anyway I can.
I love the topics I am working on and the people I am interacting with. The hybrid work solution, is a blessing for mental health.
Exciting and fast paced projects
We make games that are copies of our games and the competition, with lesser quality. It could be improved by giving more freedom to dev teams, adjusting work conditions to be competitive and allow ourselves to have enough ressources.

They can pay me more

There is very little sense management listens to agents working at the bottom. Policy decisions come out of nowhere and agents are held to increasingly impossible standards with no compassion shown by anyone other than their direct managers who have no power.
