Working with my peers and helping the team anyway I can.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Transparency in middle management will help teams be more aware of why certain decisions are being taken.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview panel were very welcoming and honest with their expectations from me for the role I was interviewing for.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My peers are all very kind and open-minded. They are knowledgeable in their respective roles and are always willing to help others out.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is no career growth and no salary growth. There doesn't seem to be any effort on the part of the leads to really set a career plan or groth path. Constant talk and no actions make it harder to trust that they have any idea about what they are doing.
