Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is no career growth and no salary growth. There doesn't seem to be any effort on the part of the leads to really set a career plan or groth path. Constant talk and no actions make it harder to trust that they have any idea about what they are doing.

Better salary would make me stay longer

Other IT companies get better paid

Give employees stock based on performance, give bonus not just sale it when you grt hired but never get it because we are saling enough games. Crazy

when we are paid fairly

less opportunities, minor job title or minor salary than people with the same qualifications and experience

Salary condition are not on par with the rest of the industry though shareholders make a lot of profit. I would feel better about my compensation if equity was good (smaller gaps between jobs), that working conditions were better (4 days week, letting harassers go), more freedom to make good games.

Review from Engineering Dept

Salaries are low and below market, especially when you have joined the company early in your career (which cause big salary disparity vs recent employees). Transparency about the salary brackets would be welcome.

Multiple great employees at my studio have gone YEARS without a pay increase, not even for inflation. Zero. That should be unacceptable at an entertainment leader like Ubisoft and corporate HR should be monitoring things across all studios to see it does not happen.

Because i'm not paid according to my competencies and my impact on production

After 3 years working for this company, I make the local entry level wage for contract employees. This company makes far too much money to justify so little compensation for such draining work that on a public front they claim to prioritize so highly.

There are many tech companies and start up that pays a lot higher than market rate.
