The customer service at the old town alexandria property was awful rooms were not santatized front desk rude place in a room viewing an alley

What do you value most about this brand?

I most value amenity of this bland. I have used your hotel many times since I was a child. You hasn't change amenity. Also, recently I feel more amenity as I grow up. Cheerful staffs service kindly even if I can't speak English fluently. Room keeper's clean our rooms to make us more confortable.
