The customer service was awful. Charged multiple times for my stay that was already paid for. It took me 2 hours fi reach the front desk via phone. Upon going to the front desk no one was available. Jennifer, working had disappearded. Finally when she anserwed, she hung up on me.

I most value amenity of this bland. I have used your hotel many times since I was a child. You hasn't change amenity. Also, recently I feel more amenity as I grow up. Cheerful staffs service kindly even if I can't speak English fluently. Room keeper's clean our rooms to make us more confortable.
