My team is experienced and good at what they do, I would say that about the vast majority of the teams here. People on my team come to play, and that def makes it more fun

Our customers are real businesses. Getting to know them has been inspirational (I know, but it's true), and delivering real value - stuff that solves problems - is gratifying. They'll dead out tell you how you made their life easier, and that's cool to hear.

Its was just about getting to know the team. Talking w/ people you'd be working for and with, and then later people in other departments. I even interviewed with the CEO, and my title didn't really require it, but it was good to get a sense of the whole place - and for them to get a 360 on me, too.
