The worst job I've ever had. Super high turnover rates amongst FOH and BOH staff. Low pay for anybody who is hourly. They prioritize Wine Clubs and threaten to punish, demote and reduce your hours if you do not sell enough wine clubs. They set unrealistic expectations. Managers do nothing on floor.
