I've worked at VC for almost 7 yrs now & have also been in different roles. I can honestly tell you I love it. Of course every job has their ups and downs but the people here and healthy work environment make all of those experiences worth it. We grow in every way possible.

I do enjoy working here but I feel like we need more room for improvement and with that growth we should be compensated in the right way for the new role and extra tasks we are going to be taking on. Overall I love this company -- I mean I have been here for 6+years which has to say something.

We all really do get along and it doesnt matte what department you are in. We are kind and respectful and care about one another.

We really are a family and I love them. We all help out where it is needed and never leave anyone feeling like they cant ask for help.
Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?
I feel like our team needs more people on it -- I also feel like everyone on our team just gets handed tasks with no compensation for it.

As I said before we are like a family. We step in where help is needed and we never leave anyone stranded. We are always there for one another no matter what.

We all treat each other as equals even though our titles are different. I love that we are like a family. We respect one another on and off site and are always there for one another no matter the issue or challenge.
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
R-E-S-P-E-C-T!!! We are always respectful, we say what we mean but we do not say it mean. :) We are a bunch of very open minded, think out of the box, & kindly opinionated people. Plus if there is ever an issue our managements doors are always open. I love that there is no judgement at VoiceComm.
