Rob is the leadership for us in the warehouse. He knows everything inside and out. He is a hardworker and wants us to work hard. When we do he rewards us, when we miss orders and dont hit our KPI he tells us and always tells us what we do wrong. Not ever customer is the same

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to feedback with an objective and open mind as well as showing respect to your direct reports. The CEO of this company still does not understand the wireless industry after being paid as the CEO for 18 months at this point. He needs to listen and learn
