Listening to feedback with an objective and open mind as well as showing respect to your direct reports. The CEO of this company still does not understand the wireless industry after being paid as the CEO for 18 months at this point. He needs to listen and learn

A substantial salary and a very fair compensation program

There is not a process to do reviews (but I think this is starting). There is a lack of career pathing. The benefits such as health care and other insurances are not great either. Vacation time is decent at best.

Our team is a very cohesive unit. Kind of like being in the military where everyone is looking out for each others back and is there for you when needed.

It is a very diverse universe of people that work here. The culture and environment arte the 2 main reasons I have been working here for over 12 years.

The culture is laid back but productive. There isn't a lot of fear in the company. I have yet to have a bad interaction with anyone in the office.
Everyone here feels like a coworker and a friend. When its time to work we work, but we still try to make things fun when we can.

I feel like the CEO is trying to force this concept of coming into the office and working the normal 9-5 hours. However with times changing and working from home being more and more relevant things need to change.
