I am grateful I get a paycheck
Overall, it's a great company to work for. There has been a lot of positive growth over the years, and it's exciting to be a part of that change.
Overall my experience at Alkami has been positive, I believe we are moving in the correct direction from a technological standpoint. The only failing I see is that our leadership is afflicted by the standard MBA outlook on companies. Hopefully they are familiar with "The Infinite Game".
It's better than my old company. Too many changes away from what made Alkami the best.
